Zhu Han, IEEE Fellow，AAAS Fellow ECE Department and CS Department, University of Houston, USA Zhu Han received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, in 1997, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1999 and 2003, respectively. From 2000 to 2002, he was an R&D Engineer of JDSU, Germantown, Maryland. From 2003 to 2006, he was a Research Associate at the University of Maryland. From 2006 to 2008, he was an assistant professor at Boise State University, Idaho. Currently, he is a John and Rebecca Moores Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department as well as the Computer Science Department at the University of Houston, Texas. Dr. Han is an NSF CAREER award recipient of 2010, and the winner of the 2021 IEEE Kiyo Tomiyasu Award. He has been an IEEE fellow since 2014, an AAAS fellow since 2020, an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer from 2015 to 2018, and an ACM Distinguished Speaker from 2022-2025. Dr. Han is also a 1% highly cited researcher since 2017. |  |

Professor Quanxin Zhu Hunan Normal University, China Prof. Quanxin Zhu received the M.S. degree in probability and statistics from Hunan Normal University, Changsha, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in probability and statistics from Sun Yat-sen (Zhongshan) University, Guangzhou, China, in 2005. He is currently a Professor with Hunan Normal University, distinguished professor of Hunan Province and Leading talent of scientific and technological innovation in Hunan Province, deputy director of the Key Laboratory of computing and stochastic mathematics of the Ministry of education, and director control and optimization of complex systems of Hunan Key Laboratory of colleges and Universities. He won the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation of Germany and the Highly Cited Researcher Award by Clarivate Analytics in 2018-2021. He won First prize of Hunan Natural Science Award, and the list of two percent top scientists in the world in 2020-2022. He is an associate editor of 6 international SCI journals including IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, Application Analysis. He is the lead guest editor of several journals, and a reviewer of more than 50 other journals. He is the author or the coauthor of more than 300 journal articles. His research interests include stochastic control, stochastic systems, stochastic stability, stochastic delayed systems, Markovian jump systems, and stochastic complex networks. |

Hui Xiong, IEEE Fellow The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), China Prof. XIONG Hui is currently the Head and Chair Professor of the Artificial Intelligence Thrust at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). Prof. Xiong’s main research areas are data mining, business intelligence, mobile computing, and big data of human resources. He has obtained AAAS Fellow, IEEE Fellow, ACM Distinguished Scientist, Changjiang Chair Professor of the Ministry of Education of China, Harvard Business Review’s “The 2018 Ram Charan Management Practice Awards”-- Full Prize, 2017 IEEE ICDM Outstanding Service Award, ICDM-2011 Best Research Paper Award, and AAAI-2021 Best Paper Award. Professor Yong Tang, IEEE Fellow South China Normal University, China Yong Tang is the founder of SCHOLAT, a kind of scholar social network. He is now a Professor of the School of Computer Science at South China Normal University.He got his BS and MSc degrees from Wuhan University in 1985 and 1990 respectively, and PhD degree from University of Science and Technology of China in 2001, all in computer science. Before joined SCNU in 2009, he was vice Dean of School of Information of Science and Technology at Sun Yat-Sen University. He has published more than 200 papers and books. he has supervised more than 50 PhD students since 2003 and more than 100 Master students since 1996.His main research areas include data and knowledge engineering, social networking and collaborative computing. Professor Qingliang Chen Jinan University,China Qingliang Chen received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Sun Yat-Sen University, China. He is currently a professor with Department of Computer Science, Jinan University and an adjunct professor with Institute for Integrated and Intelligent Systems (IIIS), Griffith University. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow with Peking University, from 2010 to 2012. His research interests are machine learning and pattern recognition, and he has published more than 30 articles in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences such as AAAI, IJCAI and ECCV, and has served as the principal investigator for three research grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China. |
